It doesn't work for me on PC using Firefox...it does work on PC and Phone using Chrome

Stopped working when the home page layout was changed @liggerz87

Others said they had problems with this earlier in the week but it's actually working fine on my windows phone app.

I have the htc u11 not work on that I could try the htc m8 see if it works on that the my02 works fine on chrome using phone I don't have laptop so wouldn't know lol

Just to be different, I had no problems viewing MyO2 earlier this week but today I can't get in on my phone using chrome. Really annoying as I want to check my latest bills re the Community Rewards.

I get that issue around 10 ish until the early hours of the morning think O2 do something in that window of time yet the login thiny comes and goes unless its me haha (Gremlins)

The website tends to get updated overnight @Anonymous and often you can't get on at all. Though this issue with My O2 has affected a lot of us since they changed the layout of the homepage recently:smileysad:

I have and havent noticed stuff but it does seem odd well odder with the layout change than before. why dont they stick with what works than what doesnt and is annoying and that makes sense ><

I think it's called progress. I "quite" like the new layout , though there is a saying 'if it ain't broke it don't need fixing'. There are a few things not working right for me as yet with the changes. Oh well....:smileysad:
