I need a printed summary of my bill from the past year. Just bill date and payments made. One page not a rain forest

MyO2 has a section that shows all payments to your account, @Bill9. Assuming you are on a contract, of course.

In MyO2 Web (on your browser), go to "View latest bill", then look for "Download and print latest bill", then in the blue menu on left, "Payment History":

And mine goes back to Feb 2017.
