LLOYDS mobile phone insurance

hi, I want to register my mobile phone on Lloyds' website, and asking me this:

"Proof of ownership could be a purchase receipt, a despatch note or your network bill, that displays your mobile phone’s IMEI number along with it’s make & model.

If you do not have this document for your mobile phone details, you will need to contact your network provider to send you a proof of usage."

I tried to find ANY document on the O2 site what shows my mobile number and the IMEI together, nothing. not on the bills, not on the device plan site.

Can anyone help me please where I can get this info from?

I already checked this page.

your description say: "Further down the page there is also more details about the device currently registered to your account (IMEI and PUK code)."

the help you linked is 4 years old, on the actual page design there is no option to see the mobile number and the IMEI together, to be honest there is no info about the device IMEI on the page at all.

Also if you go into My O2, your phone will be under My Device.

As for the guide being 4 years old. It's still relevant.

Contact customer service and they will provide you with a standard template letter with all the relevant details for your insurance

unfortunately, it's not just the different design, the device info is missing too (otherwise yes, very similar to the previous one, but the info I needed is missing from the new one), I just spoke to the customer service and already received the certification in email. thank you both for your time and answers.
