You can change your direct debit bank details on your myO2 account using the app or the website. If you're finding any difficulties contact customer service. All numbers are in this guide try the one ending with 4005

You can change bank details in My O2.

However, you need to contact O2 about your outstanding bill as now My O2 may be frozen.

0800 587 4005 is the best number to call
