      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank for the reply. I did try various browsers (Firefox / Chrome / Edge / Safari) and on different devices. I've also tried clearing cache and cookies. Still get the same message.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've now noticed there have been various threads on this topic. Is there anything else I could try?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Alternatively in the short term is there a contact (understanding Coronavirus impact) or way of requesting copies of previous bills?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks....&lt;/P&gt;</description>
