I want to know if it’s possible to merge accounts together, I got an 02 account for my phone , then I ordered my boyfriend one in my name same email etc, but it won’t link to one account, i receive both bills for both phones on the same email but for some reason there 2 different accounts and I can only log in one on the app then to check the other account I’ve got to log in online and get the verification code off my partner every time because it won’t let me use my normal email or link accounts, all in same name etc so can anyone help?

In your My O2 you need to clink on the link 'bring in other products'

You will need to use a different email address for it.

Just to let you know, once this has been done, it can't be undone @chlor99

Log into your My O2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 and select the option to "Bring in other products". Follow the instructions on screen to log in to the other account and then merge the two together.

If youcan't do this, then you need to contact O2.

Hi, can you confirm the 'bring in products is still available? I can't seem to find it my02 account anywhere.

Is the bring in option still available? I only see the add and it's looking for the mobile number, which is already connected to an account.

Hi @BKeane_63 you might find some more up to date info here.

You might need to contact O2 if you're not seeing the "Bring in Other Products" option.
