      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you mean switch off and on again, already done.&amp;nbsp; Just seems to have been the last few weeks.&amp;nbsp; Have tried sending Active to 2020 but just get message back saying sorry we are busy, try again.&amp;nbsp; Extremely frustrating.&amp;nbsp; Don't want to have to resort to ringing O2 given the shortage of staff these days.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
