topic Pay as you go to pay monthly in My O2

On Saturday I changed from a pay as you go tariff to pay monthly. My phone number was transferred to the new SIM card and everything seemed to be working as normal. I’m unable to sign into my O2 and when I do try and sign in on the Internet its saying my passwords incorrect. When changing the password it now asks what account your changing the password off show my email and now another with an o2 email address at the end. Is this normal?
