      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have requested a PAC code to keep my current O2 mobile number, which I received and completed the request form on My O2, but received no confirmation if it has gone through. I haven't as yet inserted my new O2 sim-card, as I don't want to lose my information. What can I do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;From your post it sounds like you are moving O2 to O2 in which case you do not need a PAC&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You need to ask O2 to MIGRATE your number&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;LI-PRODUCT title="Guide: Migration &amp;amp;amp; porting into O2" id="Guide061"&gt;&lt;/LI-PRODUCT&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
