      <description>&lt;P&gt;1) I have just joined O2 and feel I'm getting duplicate messages, they say the same but are 2 hours apart. Anyone know the reason why.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2) Every email has a different order number why is this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
