    <description>&lt;P&gt;I cannot seem to access my previous months/older bills. I did upgrade to a new tariff two weeks ago? O2 are now only showing the new tariff details and all of my history and olds bills etc are now missing.&amp;nbsp; I don't think it is due to the tariff change as I have changed tariff before and maintained all of my account history. I also noted had to recreate my log in credentials recently under a new system on virgin media/02. I am now wondering if this it due to a change of system recently enacted. Has any one else experienced this challange?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;A lot changed about 2 years ago as a new system, 360, was released. That most likely explains the loss of your historical bills, &lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/5834174"&gt;@Willd&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can ask O2 via their Social Media Team using either link below for copy bills if you need them - but be persistent until an advisor engaged with you via either X or FB Messenger.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good luck!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
