    <description>&lt;P&gt;I was told in-store that my military discount would be added after my second month of payments; however, I have now found out that it has not been applied for my entire contract. I am now trying to set up O2 open however, it comes up with the error code 'sorry, there has been a problem'. Is there a way to reclaim my lost payments from the months of the contract, without a discount code, and receive the discount for the remainder of the contract?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many Thanks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
