topic Information required to illegally access my account? in My O2

Hi,

Looks like my name, address and possibly date of birth details have been compromised in the Co-op hack that is currently being reported by the BBC (heard nothing from the Co-op!). If someone has all this information, do they have enough to be able to access my account (over phone or in person at a store presumably, as they shouldn't have info needed to access My O2 online) and/or start ordering phones etc etc as per the many horror stories of people who have fallen victim to identity theft? Should I call O2 to warn them of potential for someone to try and take over my account? Fortunately my Co-op membership details did not include any mobile number so they shouldn't know this, unless they can use the other information to obtain it? Grateful for any advice. Obviously I can't change my name, address or date of birth, so a serious worry if this is enough to enable identity theft ...
