      <title>upgrade - not able to upgrade on the o2 website</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been trying since Friday to upgrade to an iphone 16 using to offer currently advertised on the o2 website, but at the checkout it states there is a problem, i called the o2 phone line and after the member of staff looking into it, I was told there is a problem with the system.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have continued to try to pay/check out all weekend including today but the system states the same.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there an issue with the payment line, or I am starting to think this was not a real offer valid upto 28.4.25&lt;/P&gt;</description>
