      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have two active accounts for the same phone due to a technical fault with the O2 system.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So far, I have wasted six hours on calls to the call centre in India. 02 is in breach of contract and I need prompt, effective support.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
