      <description>&lt;P&gt;My phone has been stolen and I am trying to log into my account so i can order a new phone. When i log in it is asking me for a security check. I cannot complete this as the check is done by texting a code to my phone that i do not have.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please advise?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
