Login security code not sending

Hi all,

I've been trying to log in to my account for the past week and it keeps saying they'll send me a security code via text to sign in but I never receive it. The phone number and everything is correct but still not getting the code sent through.

Any help much appreciated, thanks guys

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
