      <title>VAT Detailed Billing Required - Bad Customer Service</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am getting nowhere with the customer service team via the app / phone. Can someone help me please?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I need my airtime bills to include VAT information and dates as I claim them through work, O2 provided me this type of bill up until very very recently. How can I get this issue resolved?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The customer service team lied to me most recently and said they updated my account and it would be available next time I logged in after 24 hours - this was not true.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The customer service for such a simple request has been awful and I have heard of other phone providers with much better customer service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
