      <title>Help please</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So I left O2 two months ago. Called paid off my remaining balance and told them I was leaving as I found a better deal elsewhere.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2 months on they owe me money but rather than refund it they keep sending me a bill that is in credit and tell me they will role it forward to next month. I have no products with them, no phone number that is on their network&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried to contact O2 directly but it seems unless I call from an O2 number I can't contact them? Why can't I email them? Why do I even have to ask for my own money to be refunded?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
