    <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear sir or madam.. can you tell me why my 02 app on my smart phone isn't working i&amp;nbsp; can't see nothing i tried to reset my password&amp;nbsp; as i forgot my&amp;nbsp; orginal one and it won't let me reset another password all i see something as gone wrong.. yet on my computer i can see my data and phone bill the lot,, so can you tell me why can't i get it&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;working on my smart phone like i used too.. can you let me know my email address is ********** and mobile is **********.. i have Samsung&amp;nbsp; Galaxy 50... it's werid i got it working on my computer but it isn't showing on my smart phone Samsung Galaxy 50.. can you explain why??? best wishes&amp;nbsp; Dawn&lt;/P&gt;
