topic My elderly dad on Pay as you go - help please in My O2

My elderly dad has a paygo account with 02. I have a pay monthly account with O2. He needs wifi calling and can't get this with paygo and is reluctant because of the cost of a contract. He is missing calls from family and friends as the signal is poor in his house and I'm worried about his safety. I want to pay for this for his Christmas present and have found a suitable SIM only contract for him. It is essential that he is able to keep the same number. I would like to buy a paymonthly SIm, so keep his old phone and his current number. As he is 87 I would prefer to add him to my account as he would struggle to do the tech necessary to manage his own account and I want it to be stress free for him. Is it possible to migrate his old number to a new Sim on my account?
