O2 rarely (if ever) let customers know about refunds made.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I speak from personal experience on this issue. &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":face_with_rolling_eyes:"&gt;🙄&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I have had several conversations complaining not being able to access services whilst abroad they were going to refund me some compensation but I haven’t received any please advise thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
