I used that service before, it was very handy and the support team was much more useful than all the poor guides are on the O2 website. What happened to that service? How do I request a live chat? Are people not paid enough to support their customers anymore?

Sometimes you will get chat pop up in the shop pages Shop

Otherwise, there is social media now

Use the Myo2 App, and live chat be found in the Support Tab, and it is not too bad..
