Hi there I was wondering if you could please help me change my plan so I pay less monthly. I would like the lowest data plan possible

Might also be worth looking to see if you can upgrade @Spsfk - USwitch tend to have some good deals, and you may end up paying less but getting more/the same amount of data.

The lowest data plan possible is to go for a PAYG £5 Big Bundle, which has unlimited minutes and texts but no data at all :-

No use when the Op is on pay monthly..

But there are cheaper and better deals out in the market such as £1 for 50GB data for 7 months so have a look @Spsfk at some of the black Friday deals especially on Money Saving Expert

He could be on a Big Bundle or a Rolling Plan.

We don't know whether or not he is on a contract. 👍
