      <title>Upgrade.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered yesterday for delivery today.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;It was an upgrade.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my order date then changed to Monday.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I then received a message from o2 with the following -&amp;nbsp;O2: Your recent order has taken us a little longer to process, sorry about that. Your order should be with you tomorrow. Our carrier will text you with updates. Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it still says processing on the app.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have all the documents sent to my email, I received those yesterday.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what I have NOT YET received is the message I got last time saying -&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;You're all set, its now full steam ahead at our end, we'll process your order as quick as we can... keep an eye on your email for news of its progress and delivery.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;because I didn’t receive that message I’m having doubts that I was accepted, or are they still doing the credit check?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;also on the app it also says ‘this part of the order has already been sent , it can’t be cancelled’ all while it’s still saying processing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;thanks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
