    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've just checked my o2 app and the order is there but says cancelled. I assume I'll be refunded for the cancelled order - but should I wait for this until ordering again or should it be fine to place the order now?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Purchased a new phone and the money has been taken out of my account - however I have not received any order confirmation and the phone is still in my basket.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Usually 5 to 7 days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that.
