      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can't access the my o2 app after switching to my o2 sim card and make sure its active. I've been trying for over a week and still can't access it. I've reset my password multiple times thinking that was the issue but it isn't. I have no data and need to top it up as I'm on a pay monthly sim and cannot do so as I can't access the app and it won't let me do it on the website.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
