      <title>Transferring my mobile number to new device</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have tried transferring my number over from my old device to my new one and I just keep getting the message unable to transfer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’ve tried using the guide and I’ve also contacted support through chat to no avail.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I have an iPhone 12 going to a iPhone 16 pro using an eSIM.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;when I go to register a some it is coming up with active but only shows my iPhone 12.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
