We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

Use the specific Payment management number 0800 902 0217

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Live chat is reached through the Help section in MyO2

However, you would be better off calling Payment Management

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm

O2 normally use Moorcroft for debt collection

Usually Moorcroft Debt Recovery

But could be different

If you have been passed to debt recovery you will have to deal with them not O2
