I have the new phone to pick up at store today, but unfortunately I had to send my Passport and old driving licence, while making DL1 application for new UK Driving licence, so at the moment I'm out of any documents.

Does Bank Statement would be enough to confirm my identity?

Call the store and check - but I believe it was discussed recently: photo section of driving licence or passport are usually the only options accepted:

You can try it but I was told it had to be the original in date documents.

I would be stuck as my passport and driving licence are both out of date.

I have no need (at my age) to renew either.

I had to bring my Mom with me, as they only accepting Photo IDs. But now since Friday I have no access to my eSIM and overall services and O2 washing their hends by doing nothing with it.. No more any eSIMs ever again.... I contacted them many times, but now I had to send back my Old phone (which has important apps for me), and now I have no access to banking, MyO2 so no chat with them, no Call no Messeges.. You have no idea how much I hate this current state of ridiculous situation ...
