      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered a watch from O2 on the 13th August.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I still have not received it and no one I can get hold of to find out where it is. This is pretty disgraceful service. Over 1 month and missing order, not even dispatched. If you can't fulfil then give me back my money.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
