    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am unable to sign in to myO2 because it's sending me a code to the telephone number that i no longer have access to.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have terminated my contract with O2 + Virgin that was for 18 months, but I am still being charged. I would like these bills to stop because there's a late payment fee which is now being added.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been unsuccessful with trying to get through on the MyO2 app that i still have on my old phone with the new number. I have also not been able to get through on Messenger.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Russel&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Some don't need you contacting O2&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;LI-PRODUCT title="Guide: Cancelling Your Contract" id="Guide004"&gt;&lt;/LI-PRODUCT&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you arecnot out of your minimum term there will be a charge&lt;/P&gt;</description>
