      <title>SOS! Abroad no service now</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been using my o2 number abroad, but today I suddenly realized that my number is showing no service.&lt;BR /&gt;Previously it had been receiving texts and calls normally and also ensured that there was a phone bill in it.&lt;BR /&gt;I have a lot of apps linked to o2 phone and now suddenly it's not working showing no service, I've tried replacing my phone, restarting it etc. But all show no service!!!&lt;BR /&gt;I can't get back to uk to fix it now, what do I do, SOS&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried contacting o2 through online customer service, but he always popped up with a bunch of options. In the end it's always the AI bot that answers me again, not a live customer service&lt;/P&gt;</description>
