      <title>I have been grossly overcharged.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;For severaL months now O2 has claimed that I made overseas calls to Armenia - this is incorrect. The problem is that it is almost impossible to speak to anyone at O2.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
