    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have never used an O2 sim. I was assigned one by a Virgin Media employee as a part of some "deal". I was misinformed and have been paying O2 a sim fee for the last year. I haven't even used the sim. Now I'm trying to pay a final bill and cancel my subscription, but I'm unable to get any help. This is some of the worst customer support and misinformation I've experienced.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;12 months ago it would have been a Volt Contract where you would have got a special price on the broadband and a speed increase&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The O2 SIM would have had a double data allowance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you have the SIM, or do you have the O2 bills with the number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Depending on what deal you are on&lt;EM&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;there may be a termination fee&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;LI-PRODUCT title="Guide: Cancelling Your Contract" id="Guide004"&gt;&lt;/LI-PRODUCT&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;LI-PRODUCT title="Volt Megaguide" id="Guide074"&gt;&lt;/LI-PRODUCT&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
