      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have recently ended my account, but have received a message that I have a bill to pay.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;when trying to access MyO2, an error occurs when trying to send me a confirmation text. I believe this is because the account has been closed, but the system doesn’t realise.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Will&lt;/P&gt;</description>
