    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Is there anyone who can help on here with getting my 02 pay as you go number migrated to 02 monthly sim. Was told 4 days ago it would be done within 24 hours and every day since have been told the same. Now being told I’ve gotta wait 5-10 working days!!! I know there’s no staff on these boards now but just asking.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

All that can be suggested is to persist with O2, try their Social Media Team via X/Twitter or Facebook, the link below has the ways. Good luck!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
