My phone service stopped working completely yesterday in the afternoon and I’ve not been able to get it back up and running even though I put a payment through. I have been struggling financially, and therefore requested for my account to be placed on hold till 7/7/2024. I am abroad at the moment and will be travelling back to the UK in the next few days and I will desperately need the help of my mobile service to get me around. I have tried to contact 02 by mobile but the line just cuts off, wich I believe is because I’m abroad. Please let me know what you can do for me to fix this asap.
