    <description>&lt;P&gt;So I ordered an S24 Ultra 5G 512 with a 25gb plan but 2 hours later I realised the price difference between the 512gb and 1tb versions is practically nothing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I cancelled the order and got my £50 upfront refunded and now when I try to upgrade, it says "&lt;SPAN&gt;We can't process your upgrade at the moment because we're working to finish another request on your account. Please try again later."&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;All I'm wondering is how long does this take to process? It says the order is fully cancelled in the Orders page on MyO2.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks in advance.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
