&lt;P&gt;Customer services will need to either create a new login for you, or de-register the number so you can take ownership.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Unable to log in to MyO2</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was switched from Virgin to O2 and now I can't login to see or pay bills.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When trying to register - I get an SMS sent along with code but when I submit code message says that number is connected to another account&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried O2 app and Virgin Media App and VirginmediaO2 app but can't get anywhere. Even SMS sent don't link to my account with many redirects!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can someone help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
