    <description>&lt;P&gt;Whenever I try to log into the My O2 app I get this error message -&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;‘Something went wrong.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Oops. My 02 isn't available to you yet.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If you're new to 02, it can take up to 48 hours for your account to be ready.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If it's been longer than 48 hours, get in touch and we'll look into it for you.’. I have had this account for several years and haven’t forgotten my details so the message does not make sense. I am able to log in on my browser but cannot see my bills and most important things. I am unsure how to contact O2 as the bots are of no use at all and I barely have time to call them during the day and when I can I’m put in hold for ages… some advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
