    <description>&lt;P&gt;Has anyone else had problems with the new O2 app?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since the upgrade it doesn't recognise my e-mail. Can't access my account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;O2 are supposed to be sorting this but its been almost 2 weeks and still no joy.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just wondered if i was alone with this problem?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

We do ask them to try via the web using&amp;nbsp; any browser&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try this &lt;A href="https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that works then delete the App, reboot your phone and then reinstall&amp;nbsp;the app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If all fails you will need to contact O2.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Message them on Social Media.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Yep, tried all that. Contacted O2 and they said it needs to be passed up to their tech experts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Was told this would take 5 days, still waiting after almost 2 weeks!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Its ridiculous. App worked perfectly until they upgraded.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Its good to know i'm not the only one.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your reply.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
