      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to talk to O2 on the phone.&amp;nbsp; For the last 8 days i called every day, more than once, some times 3 times, waiting time is always longer than 30min, and yet no one answers the phone, it does not matter which option I choose.&amp;nbsp; Is there a way to contact the complaints department and get some one on the phone, or is there an email address to contact them?&amp;nbsp; This is the worst customer service I ever encountered, basically non existant!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Once you contact complaints there is about an 8 week wait during which time no one in customer service will be able to help&lt;/P&gt;</description>
