      <title>Sim Deactivation</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have not used my sim in approximately 6 months. I entered my sim back into my phone and it doesn't seem to be working. I checked my bank account and the monthly payments have stopped coming out. I still need the sim to be active as I need to keep the mobile number. Please can you help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is this PAYG with a monthly bundle payment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If so it still needs to make a chargable call once every 6 months to stay active&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Call 4445&amp;nbsp;if so.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
