If you can login via&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin" target="_blank"&gt;https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin&lt;/A&gt; in a browser, then uninstall the app, reboot phone, and reinstall and try again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not all functionality is available in the app lately, needing you to use the browser version for certain tasks. Good luck!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

My 02 isn't available to you yet.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If you're new to 02, it can take up to 48 hours for your account to be ready.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If it's been longer than 48 hours, get in touch and we'll look into it for you.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;i have been an o2 customer since virgin transfer&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
