    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a monthly contract and am unable to log into my o2 it just takes my round in circles. If I do the app it says something went wrong please wait 48 hours if you are new to 02 (which am not) or click here for support. When I click it takes me to virtual help which says use the app to chat to an assistant and round and round I go. If I sign in online or just saying something went wrong we’re having trouble finding your account click here and again round in circles I go&lt;/P&gt;</description>
