      <description>&lt;P&gt;I applied for my open discount over a week ago and it's still stuck in the validation process. Spoke to o2 support on the phone and not very helpful at all and quite frankly rude. I was told to send a picture of a blue light card and a National insurance number instead of a wage slip. The guy on the phone said I must send a wage slip but nowhere does it give the option to reapply or amend.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/5312475"&gt;@Rayray-85&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't know whether&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/132456"&gt;@Cleoriff&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;or any other the other experienced experts will have a view, but I would be very cautious about sending an image of your blue light card and your NINO. If you work for the emergency services, does your department have a policy on supplying copies of your blue light card ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have already supplied a payslip, I would personally be uncomfortable about sending your blue light card and NINO too.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
