      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am trying to upgrade my SIM only plan through the my O2 app (I have done this several times before with no issues) but when I select upgrade I keep getting an error message that the page can't be found, and the same thing is also happening when my husband tries it on his phone too. Is anyone else having this problem?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Website and app are useless, either nothing happens when I click on a link or it takes me to a non existent page with a 500 error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My wife tried to upgrade her phone a few months ago and couldn't due to website issues (checkout would not complete), and now I can't even access the upgrade page.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
