Hello. I received an email and a text both thanking me for placing an order I did not place.

The amount charged appears to be £0, is this genuine or has my account been compromised?

It's a new system to replace the antiquated billing system

It's an internal O2 change, they are moving all of their customers to a new system, it should not affect you in any way though.
