    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I got a virgin media SIM a few months ago. I've downloaded the my 02 app and registeres. But when I try and login through the app it says "my 02 isn't available to you yet". It suggests logging in through the web browser which I did succcessfully.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Need advice please.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Chris&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
